Dentist

G had her first dentist visit this morning, and I was pleasantly surprised at how well she did. I got my teeth cleaned first while she sat on my lap taking all of it in. When it was her turn, she hopped in the chair with no hesitation! The hygienist, Wendy, took the time to show her all the tools and explain what she was going to do. It also helped that Wendy was wearing a pink princess smock - she must have known that she had a little princess coming in for her first cleaning! Dr. Simmons said that her teeth were very healthy and that she does a great job brushing, but there would be an orthodontist in her future for all of her crowded baby teeth. I didn't need him to tell me that - like mother like daughter.
