Emily Post Etiquette

Lately M has been talking to the breast when she sees it, but once she is latched on it is pretty difficult to talk. However, that is not the case for her when she is eating solids. She sees the spoon and starts getting very animated. Last night she was talking with a mouth full of cereal when G came over to her sat down beside her and said very seriously, "M, you are not supposed to talk with your mouth full." Hmmm, should I remind G of that at the dinner table?
