Heard Museum and Nature Preserve

60 degrees in January, I'll take it. We headed out to the Heard Natural Science Museum and Wildlife Sanctuary today. I love this place! One of the temporary exhibits, Dinosaur Alive, had Miss M on edge. She did not like the dinosaurs to move or make sounds. G, however, loved them! We checked out some of the animals that were still out and had a great walk on one of the nature trails. Just before closing time the girls went on a short excavation dig. Thanks to Meredith and Groupon we have a year membership, and can not wait to go back again!
