I ventured to Hawaiian Falls today with both girls. We met up with my friend Paige and her daughter Allie, who is G's age. M got to go in the sling in the Kangaroo position (facing out) for the first time today. She loved being able to see everything that was going on around her. Unfortunately, we only got to stay about an hour because our 10% chance of rain turned into a huge storm - 60 mph winds, heavy rain, and hail. The storm blew in very quickly, but we managed to get into the car before the rain started. Paige had to hold the stroller for me so that I could get Madeline out - the wind was quite scary to be stuck out in. Everyone made it home safely. We will try to go again on Thursday and hopefully we will get to stay for at least 2 to 3 hours.

I was over at my mom's house watching Poogan while mom was babysitting Jensen! Glad to hear you all made it home safely!
Man we got in our cars just in time! I'm so glad I was able to help you set sweet Madeline out. Glad we both got home safely. Hopefully Thursday we will be able to enjoy the sun instead of the rain!
