We took a mini vacay to Galveston a couple of weeks ago. We had the best time being together as a family. The girls are half fish, so we spent most of our time in the water! I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to go out to dinner each night with M's gluten allergy. Every restaurant was great at accommodating her dietary needs and one even had a gluten free menu.
