Birthday Girl

I can't believe it has been 5 years ago since I became a mother. It seems as if only yesterday G was born. G is finally starting to come out of her shell a bit. She is super excited about starting Kindergarten next year. However, I am in denial about it! When at the park she will talk to other children and even approach kids her size on her own. This is a huge accomplishment for by bashful G. She is very smart and well spoken, but with that comes a bit (or depending on the day, a lot) of manipulation. She is very polite when doing so, but manipulative none the less.

Great news, since having her tonsils out in December she has gained (drum roll please!) 3 pounds. She is now a whooping 33 pounds, which puts her in the 8%! She is also in the 8% for height, so she is very well proportioned, just little. Little sister by almost 2 years is only a 1 1/2 inches shorter and 3 pounds lighter. I am thinking in another year, they will be sharing clothes. I'm not sure if that will be a good thing or a bad thing.

Here are a few pictures from her party. Snow White even showed up to her party! Oh, and I made the cake, and it is even gluten free!
