Out and About

Okay, so I know all you mothers and fathers of multiple children are going to be laughing at this, but this was a feat for me. I took both girls, a 24 month old and a 2 month old, to Kroger today - by myself. G rode in the cart and I wore M in her sling. M was awake for the 1st half of the store and then crashed the 2nd half. G was a big helper-she held the shopping list for me and held it up for me when I needed to see it. At one point, she wanted to hold M in the cart with her. I was amazed how smooth it went with both of them. While I was unloading the car when we got home, G got a blanket and covered up Madeline and put her baby doll in the car seat next to her. When I took off the blanket to take M out of her car seat I saw that G had put her Snuggie in the car seat also. What a sweet big sister G is! Here is the picture of M with her "gifts" from her great sister - you can't see Snuggie because it is under the blanket. For those of you that know how G is with her Snuggie it is a tremendous thing that she shared Snuggie with anyone.
